If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Moti Israeli Diamonds within 30 days of the delivery date, for a full refund or exchange purchase for another product of the same price.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item to us with the original receipt box and certificate, these are necessary in order for the refund to be processed. If your refund is accepted and processed, you agree to a full refund minus the shipping costs and banks fees. Once entered into our system, your return will be inspected by our professional staff. This process will take several business days. If there are any questions or issues regarding your return, we will contact you. Once inspection is complete, your return will be fully processed. Bank wire refunds are posted against the account they originated from. If you made a purchase of $1000 or greater using a bank wire, and are an International customer, your refund will take approximately 2 weeks from the date of the return's receipt.
If our professional staff notices signs of damage in any way, or if the certified diamond does not match our records of the certificate, your return will not be accepted for a refund. Returns will only be accepted if the customer provides, the returned item as it was received, sealed and certificate within 30 Days of delivery date. If the original certificate does not accompany a return, then the customer will be subject to a certification replacement fee of US$250.
Diamonds not in stock at Moti Israeli Diamonds, which have been ordered by customer demand and have been purchase via other suppliers at a value over US$25,000, cannot be returned or replaced after purchase. The buyer must verify the gemological certificate and photographs sent via email to his smartphone or email before purchasing to ensure that the diamond meets his needs and he would like to make the purchase. Once the request has been confirmed and the diamond has been sent to the buyer's address, the transaction cannot be canceled and the diamond cannot be replaced or returned.
All returns must be shipped securely via Malca-Amit, Brinks or Ferrari, insured for the total value of your contents plus shipment charges. We advise that you request for a return receipt as a confirmation that Moti Israeli Diamonds have received your shipment. Moti Israeli Diamonds will not be held responsible for any losses or damages of the returned items.
